10. 24-51769 Recommendation to adopt resolution authorizing City Manager, or designee, to\nexecute a contract, and any necessary documents including any subsequent\namendments, with HF&H Consultants, LLC, of Walnut Creek, CA, for providing as-\nneeded consulting services related to the City of Long Beach’s commercial solid\nwaste and recycling programs on the same terms and conditions afforded to the\nCity of San Jose, CA, in an annual amount of $250,000, authorize a 20 percent\ncontingency in the amount of $50,000, for a total annual contract amount not to\nexceed $300,000, until the City of San Jose, CA, contract expires on June 30,\n2027, with the option to renew for as long as the San Jose, CA, contract is in\neffect, at the discretion of the City Manager.
