8. Traffic Calming Request for Bostonia Street\nRECOMMENDATION:\nThat the City Council adopts the next Resolution, in order, to:\n1. Establish permanent all-way stop signs on Bostonia Street at the intersection of\nCoker Way;\n2. Install two-way stop signs on Bluebell Way at Bostonia Street, Navello Street at\nBluebell Way, Bluebell Way at Tangerine Street, and Tangerine Street at Coker\nWay;\n3. Install two speed radar feedback signs along Bostonia Street;\n4. Install new roadway striping along the entire length of Bostonia Street from\nGreenfield Drive to Broadway to enhance pedestrian and traffic safety; and\n5. Determine that the project is exempt from the California Environmental Quality\nAct in accordance with State CEQA Guidelines section 15301(c).
