7. Traffic Calming Request for Dorothy Street\nRECOMMENDATION:\nThat the City Council adopts the next Resolution, in order, to:\n1. Establish permanent all-way stop signs on Dorothy Street at the intersections of\nBosworth Street and Saddleview Court;\n2. Install two speed radar feedback signs along Dorothy Street;\n3. Install new roadway striping along the entire length of Dorothy Street from\nJamacha Road to the southerly terminus at Shanessey Road to enhance\npedestrian and traffic safety; and\n4. Determine that the project is exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act\nin accordance with State CEQA Guidelines section 15301(c).
