(6)\nBPW­2024­0045\nBOS + BCA\nCD ALL\nPERSONAL SERVICES CONTRACT – WASTE MANAGEMENT OF CALIFORNIA, INC.\n– LANDFILL DISPOSAL OF GRIT AND SCREENINGS\nRecommending the Board:\n1. APPROVE and FORWARD this report with transmittals to the Mayor and the\nCity Council with the request that the Board of Public Works (Board) be\nauthorized to execute a contract for a term of five years with two, five­year\nrenewal options with Waste Management of California, Inc. for the landfill\ndisposal of grit and screenings. The ceiling cost for this contract is\n$18,283,407; and\n2. UPON the Mayor’s and Council’s authorization, the President or two\nmembers of the Board will execute the contract.\n(W.O. S10FPURC)
