5. Resolution No. 24-07 – Approving the Acceptance of $250,000 of General\nFund Grant Funds for the Snow Creek Park Accessibility Project\nRecommendation: That the City Council:\n1. Adopt Resolution No. 24-07, accepting General Fund Grant Funds from\nCalifornia Natural Resources Agency to receiving funding for the Snow\nCreek Park Accessibility Project; and\n2. Authorize the City Manager to sign the grant contract and all implementing\ndocuments including those required for issuance of reimbursement in such\nfinal form as approved by the City Attorney.
