14.4 Consideration and Approval of a Professional Services Agreement with Michael Baker\nInternational for Design Services for the Valley Boulevard and Main Street Complete\nStreets Feasibility Studies, CIP No. 063 and CIP No. 078 for a Not-to-Exceed Amount\nof $631,095.78.\nRECOMMENDATION OF BUSINESS ITEM UNDER CONSIDERATION:\nIt is recommended that the City Council:\n1. Consider and approve a Professional Services Agreement (PSA) for Design Services for\nthe Valley Boulevard Complete Streets Feasibility Study, CIP No. 063 (the “Project”) with\nMichael Baker International for a not-to-exceed amount of $395,655.92 which includes\nan Agreement amount of $59,687.20 plus a ten percent (10%) contingency of\n$35,968.72;\n2. Consider and approve a Professional Services Agreement (PSA) for Design Services for\nthe Main Street Complete Streets Feasibility Study, CIP No. 078 (the “Project”) with\nMichael Baker International for a not-to-exceed amount of $235,439.86 which includes\nan Agreement amount of $214,036.24 plus ten percent (10%) contingency of $21,403.62;\n3. Authorize the appropriation Metro funds in the amount of $395,655.92 for the Valley\nBoulevard Complete Streets Feasibility Study, CIP No. 063 and $235,439.86 for the Main\nStreet Complete Streets Feasibility Study, CIP No. 078 for a total appropriation of\n$631,095.78; and\n4. Authorize the City Manager, or her designee, to execute the two (2) Professional Services\nAgreements with Michael Baker International.\nTotal Cost: $631,095.78 Account No: 212-67-063-6111 - $395,655.92\nValley\n212-67-078-6111 - $235,439.86\nIs the cost of this item budgeted?
