12.9 Consideration and Adoption of a Resolution Approving the Submittal of an Application\nfor Funding from the California Department of Housing and Community Development\n(HCD) Calhome Program and Execution of a Standard Agreement with HCD for the\n2023 Homeownership Super NOFA.\nRECOMMENDATION OF BUSINESS ITEM UNDER CONSIDERATION:\nIt is recommended that the City Council:\n1. Adopt a Resolution approving the submittal of an application for funding from the\nCalifornia Department of Housing and Community Development (HCD) CalHome\nProgram and execution of a Standard Agreement with HCD for the 2023 Homeownership\nSuper NOFA;\n2. Authorize the City Manager, or her designee, to execute the CalHome Program\napplication on behalf of the City; and\n3.
