Approve the Notice of Completion for the Emergency Storm Drain Repairs at 941 and 951 Ridgehaven\nDrive and authorize staff to submit the notice for recordation; and,\nB. Approve an increase of $21,478.43 to the Purchase Order to Mike Bubalo Construction, Co. to cover\nadditional expenses related to restoration work at 941 and 951 Ridgehaven Drive.
