FIRST AMENDMENT TO EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT WITH CITY MANAGER - Per\nthe City Manager’s employment agreement, he is to be evaluated at least annually, with\nthe City Council having held a Performance Evaluation on January 16, 2024. This item\namends the City Manager’s agreement to reflect a 2.5% compensation increase, an\nadditional 1% cost share of PERS costs to be paid by the City Manager, and changes to\nvehicle allowance for use of electric charging.\nRECOMMENDATION: That the City Council approve “AMENDMENT #1 TO\nEMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT - CITY MANAGER,” approving a First Amendment to the\nCity Manager’s employment agreement.
