10. FY2024/25 COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT (CDBG) ALLOCATION FOR\nPROJECTS\nRecommended Action:\nStaff recommends the City Council take the following actions:\n1. Per CDBG policy, City Council selects construction project(s) and amounts to be awarded\n(Maximum of 2 projects).\n2. Per CDBG Policy, City Council selects public service project(s) and amounts to be\nawarded(Maximum of five(5) projects).\n3. Authorize the City Manager to execute all necessary forms.\n4.
