13. MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING TO PARTICIPATE IN THE SAN DIEGO ASSOCIATION\nOF GOVERNMENTS REGIONAL BEACH SAND PROJECT III PHASE I\nRECOMMENDED ACTION: That the City Council:\n1) Authorize the City Manager to enter into a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with the\nSan Diego Association of Governments (SANDAG) for the Regional Beach Sand Project III,\nPhase I activities; and\n2) Authorize the City Manager to enter into a future MOU with the County of Orange and a\nreimbursement agreement Capistrano Community Services District to share in the City’s\ncontributions for Phase I; and\n3) Authorize a budget adjustment as discussed in the Fiscal Impact section of this report.\nNEW BUSINESS
