(Villalpando) (15 mins)\nRecommendation: 1) Receive and file a progress update report from\nSouthern California Edison (SCE) on addressing frequent power outages in\nthe Grandview Estates neighborhood; and, 2) If deemed acceptable, consider\nSCE's request to defer their next detailed progress report to June 2024\ncontingent upon SCE's commitment to address any emergent issues promptly\nif they arise before the scheduled update and in coordination with the City\nManager.\nAgenda Report
