4.1. Annexation of Territory commonly known as Soboba Crossroads into Community\nFacilities District No. 2020-1, Submitting the Levy of Special Tax to the Qualified\nElectors, Declaring Results of the Election, and Authorizing the Levy of Special\nTaxes for Annexation No. 9\nRECOMMENDATION\nStaff recommends that the City Council:\n1. HOLD the Public Hearing related to the Annexation of Territory into CFD 2020-\n1.\n2. ADOPT Resolution No. 4006, calling a Special Election and authorizing the\nannexation of territory into CFD 2020-1 and the levy of a Special Tax, and\nsubmitting the levy of Special Tax to the Qualified Electors.\n3. CALL upon the City Clerk to conduct the Special Annexation Landowner\nElection.\n4. ADOPT Resolution No. 4007, declaring the results of a Special Annexation\nLandowner Election and directing the recording of an amended Notice of Special\nTax Lien.
