Consider and approve Amendment No. 2 to the Professional Services Agreement with\nAlta Planning + Design, Inc. to increase the PSA amount of $347,191 by $101,115 for a\nnew total not-to-exceed amount of $448,356 to Develop a Traffic Calming Plan with Class\nIV Bike Lanes for Parkway Drive and Denholm Drive CIP No. 001; and\n2.
