AWARD CONTRACT FOR RE-ROOF PROJECT - SPROUL MUSEUM AND HOLIFIELD PARK MAIN\nSNACK BAR\nStaff recommends City Council award a contract to Associated Construction Services Group in the amount\nof $116,770 for replacement of roofs at the Sproul Museum and the Holifield Park Main Snack Bar; and\nauthorize the City Manager to execute the contract and change orders or amendments up to the approved\ncontingency amount, provided there is funding in the budget, on behalf of the City, in a form approved by\nthe City Attorney. 920-02-02/920-03-04
