6.1 FISCAL YEAR 2023-24 FINANCIAL UPDATE\nRecommended Action:\n1. Receive and file the fiscal year (FY) 2023-24 financial update;\n2. Authorize an increase in revenue estimates by $3,120,000 and appropriation of\n$1,870,000 to the General Fund FY 2023-24 Budget; and\n3.
