40. Media Services Master Agreement Work Order Amendments\nRecommendation: Approve and instruct the Director of Public Health to execute\nan amendment to a Master Agreement Work Order (MAWO) with Entercom\nCalifornia, LLC (Entercom), for the provision of HIV and STD Social Marketing\nMedia Services and increase the annual maximum obligation by $301,145, from\n$700,000 to $1,001,145, for the period effective July 1, 2023 through June 30,\n2024, 100% funded by Tobacco Settlement Funds (TSF), and Centers for\nDisease Control and Prevention, Integrated HIV Programs for Health\nDepartments to Support Ending the HIV Epidemic (EHE) in the United States\nfunds; execute an amendment to a MAWO with Rescue Agency Public Benefit,\nLLC (Rescue) for the provision of EHE Media Campaign Services and increase\nthe total maximum obligation by $3,300,000, from $2,516,667 to $5,816,667, for\nthe period effective March 1, 2023 through July 31, 2025, 100% funded by\nHealth Resources and Services Administration, EHE: A Plan for America -\nRyan White Program funds and TSF; and authorize the Director to take the\nfollowing actions: (Department of Public Health) APPROVE\nExecute future amendments to the MAWOs that extend the term through\nJune 30, 2025, for the MAWO with Rescue, and July 31, 2027, for the\nMAWO with Entercom, at amounts to be determined by the Director,\ncontingent upon the availability of funds and contractor performance,\nprovide an increase or decrease in funding up to 10% above or below\neach period’s revised annual base maximum obligation, effective upon\namendment execution or at the beginning of the applicable contract\nperiod, update the statement of work and/or scope of work, as\nnecessary, and/or corrections of errors in the contract's terms and\nconditions; and\nImmediately suspend or terminate any contract upon issuing a written\nnotice to contractors who fail to perform and/or fully comply with contract\nrequirements, and terminate contracts for convenience by providing a\n30-calendar day advance written notice to contractors.
