Animal Care and Control Services Agreements\nRecommendation: Approve the Fiscal Years 2024-29 City-County Municipal\nServices Agreement (Agreement); authorize the Director of Animal Care and\nControl to execute the Agreement with client contract cities for a maximum\npotential contract term of five years effective July 1, 2024 through June 30,\n2029, for the provision of animal control services to the Department of Animal\nCare and Control's contract cities; and authorize the Director to take the\nfollowing actions: (Department of Animal Care and Control) APPROVE\nExecute Agreements with new client contract cities for a maximum\npotential contract term of five years not to surpass June 30, 2029; and\nAmend the service level request of the Agreement during the contract\nterm to adjust or confirm desired service levels with client contract cities\nand to amend the Agreement, including its component documents.\n(24-0471)
