Memorandum of Understanding with the Los Angeles County Fair\nAssociation to Collaborate on the Fairplex Specific Plan and Potential\nRe-Development of the Fairplex Property\nRecommendation as submitted by Supervisor Solis: Approve and direct the\nChief Executive Officer to execute a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with\nthe Los Angeles County Fair Association for the specific plan and potential\nre-development of the Fairplex property in Pomona, and take all further actions\nnecessary and appropriate to implement the terms and conditions of the MOU,\nincluding executing amendments to the MOU; and find that the approval of the\nMOU does not constitute a project under the California Environmental Quality\nAct.
