15. CONSIDERATION OF APPROVING AN AGREEMENT WITH PUBLIC SECTOR PERSONNEL\nCONSULTANTS FOR PHASE II OF THE CITYWIDE CLASSIFICATION AND COMPENSATION\nSTUDY\nRecommendation\nIt is recommended that the City Council consider:\n1. Approving an agreement with Public Sector Personnel Consultants (PSPC) for Phase II of the\nCitywide Classification and Compensation Study for a total amount not to exceed\n$63,000; and\n2. Authorize the City Manager to enter into any subsequent amendments, at the discretion of the\nCity Manager, as long as the compensation for this agreement is not increased.
