39. Core HIV Care Services Sole Source Contract Amendments\nRecommendation: Authorize the Director of Public Health to execute contract\namendments to 56 sole source Core HIV Care Services contracts, to extend the\nterm effective March 1, 2024 through February 28, 2025 with various providers,\nfor a total maximum obligation of $34,848,336, 100% offset by Health\nResources and Services Administration Ryan White Program Part A funds; and\nauthorize the Director to take the following actions: (Department of Public\nHealth) APPROVE\nExecute amendments to the contracts that extend the term through\nFebruary 28, 2026, at amounts to be determined by the Director,\ncontingent upon the availability of funds and contractor performance,\nallow the rollover of unspent contract funds, if allowable by the grantor,\nprovide an increase or decrease in funding up to 25% above or below\nthe annual base maximum obligation, effective upon amendment\nexecution, or at the beginning of the applicable contract period, correct\nerrors in the contract's terms and conditions, and/or update the statement\nof work and/or scope of work, as necessary, and allow a no cost\nextension through August 31, 2026;\nExecute change notices to the contracts that authorize modifications to\nthe budget with corresponding modifications to the statement of work\nand/or scope of work, that are within the same scope of services, as\nnecessary, and changes to hours of operation and/or service locations;\nand\nImmediately suspend or terminate the contracts upon issuing a written\nnotice to contractors who fail to perform and/or fully comply with program\nrequirements, and terminate the contracts for convenience by providing\na 30-calendar day advance written notice to contractors.
