Supplemental Multifamily Housing Mortgage Revenue Bonds to Finance\nthe Development of the Las Dahlias Project\nRecommendation: Adopt and instruct the Chair to sign a resolution approving\nthe issuance of supplemental tax-exempt Multifamily Housing Mortgage Revenue\nBonds by the Los Angeles County Development Authority (LACDA), in an\naggregate principal amount not exceeding $4,800,000 to assist 3rd & Dangler\nLP, or a LACDA-approved designee, to finance the site acquisition,\nconstruction, rehabilitation, or development of Las Dahlias, a 78-unit supportive\nhousing development located at 4643 East 3rd Street, 4653 East 3rd Street and\n219 South Dangler Avenue in unincorporated East Los Angeles (1); and find\nthat the adoption of the resolution is not subject to the California Environmental\nQuality Act.
