(9)\n23-1367\nCD 7\nCategorical Exemption pursuant to California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) Guidelines, Article 19, Section 15332, Class 32, and related CEQA findings; report from the Los Angeles City Planning Commission (LACPC); and an Appeal filed by Daniel Hatcher, from the determination of the LACPC in 1) approving a Density Bonus Compliance Review, pursuant to Section 12.22 A.25 of the Los Angeles Municipal Code (LAMC), to permit a housing development project consisting of 46 residential units, of which seven are proposed to be set aside for Very Low Income households, and with the following On-Menu Incentive: a.
