Approving and Authorizing a Resolution that City of Seal Beach Enter\ninto A Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) With West Orange County\nCommunity Emergency Response Team (CERT) - That the City Council\nadopt Resolution 7484: 1. Approving the City of Seal Beach’s participation in\nthe West Orange County Community Emergency Response Team (CERT)\nMemorandum of Understanding (MOU) dated October 4, 2023; and, 2.\nAuthorizing the City Manager and the Police Chief, or their designees, to\ncomplete and sign all necessary materials to facilitate the City entering into a\nMOU.
