CONSIDERATION OF A PURCHASE AND SALE AGREEMENT FOR 6711\nBEACH BOULEVARD (BUENA PARK WOMAN'S CLUB)\n— Recommended Action: 1) Approve the Purchase and Sale Agreement\n(PSA) between the City of Buena Park and S. J. &P. ASSOCIATE, LLC, for the\nsale of the property located at 6711 Beach Boulevard (former Buena Park\nWoman’s Club); and 2) Authorize the City Manager and City Attorney to\nmake any necessary, non-monetary changes to the agreement; and, 3)\nAuthorize the City Manager and City Clerk to execute the agreement.
