A Resolution approving the Plans and Specifications for the Thompson Park\nPlayground Improvements (Specifications No. 22/23-07), pursuant to\nGovernment Code §830.6; establishing a project payment account; and\nauthorizing solicitation of bids.\nCEQA: Pursuant to the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) (Public\nResources Code §§ 21000, et seq.) and CEQA Guidelines (California Code of\nRegulations, Title 14, §§ 15000, et seq.), the City conducted an environmental\nassessment. Based on the environmental assessment, the project was\ndetermined to be categorically exempt pursuant to CEQA Guidelines § 15303\n(Class 1 – Existing Facilities).\nRecommendation to City Council: 1) Adopt Resolution No. 23-07; or\n2) Alternatively, discuss and take other action related to this item.\n14 CONSENT CALENDAR – Continued
