AUTHORIZATION TO ACCEPT THE FINAL INSURANCE PAYMENT FOR THE\nHURLBUT BARN FIRE CLAIM WITH TRAVELERS PROPERTY CASUALTY\nCOMPANY OF AMERICA\n— Recommended Action: 1) Authorize acceptance of the final insurance\nsettlement payment in the amount of $120,000 to be paid to the City of\nBuena Park; 2) Approve the Full Release of Claim with Travelers Property\nCasualty Company of America relating to loss by fire upon the Hurlbut Barn;\nand, 3) Authorize the Assistant City Manager/Director of Human Resources\nto execute any necessary documents.
