5E. RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE USE OF INFORMAL BIDDING\nPROCEDURES AND APPROVE CONTRACT WITH TIM GREENLEAF\nENGINEERING, INC. FOR THE DEMOLITION OF SEVERAL CITY-OWNED\nPROPERTIES ALONG BEACH BOULEVARD\n— Recommended Action: It is recommended that the City Council: 1) Adopt a\nResolution authorizing the use of informal bidding procedures to identify\ncontractors to complete the subject work; 2) Authorize a budget\nappropriation in the amount of $240,000 from the Economic Development\nFund; and, 3) Approve a contract with Tim Greenleaf Engineering, Inc. for the\ndemolition of several city-owned properties along Beach Boulevard.
