6.9 STORM DRAIN CATCH BASIN TRASH CAPTURE DEVICES, CIP NO. 2024-01 -\nAPPROVAL OF PURCHASE AND INSTALL AGREEMENT WITH G2 CONSTRUCTION,\nINC., AND APPROVAL OF AN AMENDMENT TO THE ON-CALL PROFESSIONAL\nSERVICES AGREEMENT WITH WILLDAN ENGINEERING FOR MANAGEMENT AND\nINSPECTION SERVICES - It is recommended the City Council approve and authorize the\nCity Manager to execute the agreement with G2 Construction, Inc, for the purchase and\ninstallation of storm drain catch basin trash capture devices on catch basins in the City of\nLa Mirada using the terms and pricing from the County of Orange Master Agreement in the\namount of $688,623; approve and authorize the City Manager to execute an amendment to\nthe On-Call Professional Services Agreement between the City of La Mirada and Willdan\nEngineering to provide professional management and inspection services for CIP No.\n2024-01, Storm Drain Catch Basin Trash Capture Devices, based on the Willdan\nEngineering proposal dated December 13, 2023, in the amount of $50,016; and authorize\nthe City Manager to approve additional work up to 20 percent of the total project cost for\neach agreement.\n6.9 CIP No. 2024-01
