6.7 CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PROJECT NO. 2023-03, NEW CABARET LOUNGE AT THE LA\nMIRADA THEATRE - REVIEW OF BIDS AND AWARD OF CONTRACT - It is\nrecommended the City Council award the contract for Capital Improvement Project No.\n2023-03, New Cabaret Lounge at the La Mirada Theatre, to Corner Keystone Construction\nCorp. in the amount of $247,700; authorize the City Manager to execute the contract on\nbehalf of the City; authorize the City Manager to approve addendums to the existing on-call\nengineering contracts for construction inspection and testing services in an amount not to\nexceed 20 percent of the construction cost; and authorize the City Manager to approve\nadditional work up to 20 percent of the total project construction cost.\n6.7 CIP No. 2023-03
