11. Award of RFP No. 028-24 – Oakdale Alameda Construction Management Services\nRECOMMENDATION:\nThat the City Council:\n1. Decreases Citywide Street Beautification & Safety Projects (233780PWMP)\nproject budget and related appropriations by $400,000;\n2. Increases Oakdale Alameda Gateway Beautification (233785PWCP) project\nbudget and related appropriations by $400,000; and\n3. Adopts the next Resolution, in order, to enter into an agreement with Unico\nEngineering, Inc.
