Preparation of Annual Engineer' s Reports for 2024/ 2025 Assessments\nRECOMMENDATION: That the City Council:\n1) Adopt Resolution No. 2024- ordering the preparation of an Engineer' s Report\nfor Consolidated Landscape and Lighting District No. 96- 1; and\n2) Adopt Resolution No. 2024- ordering the preparation of an Engineer' s Report\nfor Street and Drainage Maintenance District 96- 1.\nONCE THE PUBLIC HEARING IS CLOSED NO FURTHER TESTIMONY IS TAKEN.
