a) REPORT CIVIC FACILITIES COMMUNITY ENGAGEMENT PLAN\n24-0063 (Continued from January 23, 2024)\n(City Manager Suja Lowenthal)\nRecommendation: Staff recommends City Council:\n1. Receive and provide comment on a recommended community engagement plan for\ncivic facilities (Attachment 1);\n2. Approve a Professional Services Agreement with Fullerton Consulting Partners, LLC to\nprovide technical support services for the community engagement phase and\ndevelopment services to the City for a term ending December 31, 2025 at a not-to-exceed\namount of $43,750 (Attachment 2) and authorize the City Manager to execute and the\nCity Clerk to attest to the proposed agreement, subject to approval by the City Attorney;\nand\n3. If so desired, provide direction regarding the creation of an informal civic facilities\ncommunity advisory group.
