REVIEW and CONSIDER the Initial Study/Mitigated Negative Declaration\n(IS/MND);\n2. FIND that, on the basis of the whole record, there is no substantial evidence\nthat the Project, with the implementation of the proposed mitigation\nmeasures, will have a significant effect on the environment and that the MND\nreflects the City’s independent judgment and analysis;\nAPPROVAL OF PROJECT – BROADWAY MANCHESTER ACTIVE TRANSPORTATION\nPROJECT\nRecommending the Board:\n1. REVIEW and CONSIDER the Initial Study/Mitigated Negative Declaration\n(IS/MND);\n2. FIND that, on the basis of the whole record, there is no substantial evidence\nthat the Project, with the implementation of the proposed mitigation\nmeasures, will have a significant effect on the environment and that the MND\nreflects the City’s independent judgment and analysis;\n3. ADOPT the MND;\n4. ADOPT the Mitigation Monitoring Program which is incorporated in the final\nIS/MND (MMP­1 to MMP­6);\n5. SPECIFY that the documents constituting the record of proceedings in this\nmatter are in the files of the Department of Public Works Bureau of\nEngineering, Environmental Management Group and the Bureau of Street\nServices located at 1149 South Broadway; and\n6. APPROVE the project as described in the IS.
