B. AGREEMENTS BETWEEN THE CITY OF JURUPA VALLEY AND\nJOHNSON CONTROLS SECURITY SOLUTIONS, LLC, FOR ACCESS\nCONTROL, FIRE ALARM, SECURITY ALARM, AND SURVEILLANCE\nSYSTEMS AT CITY HALL\n1. Requested Action: That the City Council approve the Agreement between\nthe City of Jurupa Valley and Johnson Controls Security Solutions, LLC, in\nthe amount not to exceed $14,175.00 annually over a five-year term, for a\nmaintenance service plan and hosted access service of an access control\nsystem at City Hall and authorize the City Manager to execute the\nagreement in substantially the form and format attached to the staff report\nas approved by the City Attorney; and\n2. That the City Council approve the Agreement between the City of Jurupa\nValley and Johnson Controls Security Solutions, LLC, in the amount not to\nexceed $2,225.00 annually over a five year term, for alarm monitoring and\nnotification services and a maintenance service plan of a fire alarm system\nat City Hall and authorize the City Manager to execute the agreement in\nsubstantially the form and format attached to the staff report as approved by\nthe City Attorney; and\n3. That the City Council approve the Agreement between the City of Jurupa\nValley and Johnson Controls Security Solutions, LLC, in the amount not to\nexceed $3,303.31 annually over a five-year term, for alarm monitoring and\nnotification services, managed access control services, a maintenance\nservice plan and mobile security management services of a security alarm\nsystem at City Hall and authorize the City Manager to execute the\nagreement in substantially the form and format attached to the staff report\nas approved by the City Attorney; and\n4. That the City Council approve the Agreement between the City of Jurupa\nValley and Johnson Controls Security Solutions, LLC, in the amount not to\nexceed $22,353.10 annually over a five-year term, for the addition and\nupgrade of equipment and a maintenance service plan of a digital\nsurveillance system at City Hall and authorize the City Manager to execute\nthe agreement in substantially the form and format attached to the staff\nreport as approved by the City Attorney; and\n5. That the City Council authorize the Interim Finance Director to make any\nnecessary budget adjustments.
