AMENDMENT NO. 1 TO COOPERATI VE AGREEMENT NO 20-1002315\nFOR THE METROLI NK STATI ON ACCESSI BI LI TY I MPROVEMENT\nPROJECT PHASE I I\nCEQA: The State has determined that this project has no significant\nimpacts on the environment as defined by NEPA, and that there are no\nunusual circumstances as described in 23 CFR 771.117(b).\nApprove Amendment No. 1 to Cooperative Agreement No. 20-1002315\nwith the San Bernardino County Transportation Authority (SBCTA) for the\npurpose of designing and constructing safe pedestrian/bicycle accessibility\nimprovements within the sphere of influence of the Upland Metrolink\nStation; and, authorize the City Manager to execute the Amendment and\nany future amendments within the City Manager's authority.
