7. The HUB - Homeless Housing, Assistance, and Prevention (HHAP) 75 - 426\nFunds\nNoe Arechiga, Grants Manager\nRecommendation:\n1) Authorize the City Manager to execute Subrecipient Agreement (HWS-\n0000051) between the City of Desert Hot Springs and the County of\nRiverside through its Department of Housing and Workforce Solutions for\nthe Desert Hot Springs Navigation Center and Crisis Stabilization Beds\nutilizing Homeless Housing, Assistance, and Prevention (HHAP-3)\nRiverside County Continuum of Care allocation to provide 24-hour shelter\nservices for an amount not to exceed $416,219.00 for the period\nbeginning January 1, 2024, through December 31, 2024 pursuant to legal\ncounsel approval; and\n2) Authorize the City Manager to sign all necessary documents related to\nthe administration of Subrecipient Agreement (HWS-0000051) including\nbut not limited to amendments to the Subrecipient Agreement that stay\nwithin intent of the agreement.\nStaff Report - SR-24-044 - Pdf
