Item No. 17. 2024-0068 CONSIDER APPROVAL OF AMENDMENT NO. 2 TO\nEXTEND THE CONTRACT SERVICES AGREEMENT\nWITH GOODWILL, SERVING THE PEOPLE OF\nSOUTHERN LOS ANGELES COUNTY BY ONE\nADDITIONAL YEAR FOR ROUTINE CLEANING AND\nMAINTENANCE OVER CITY BUS STOPS (CITY\nCOUNCIL)\nRecommendation: TAKE the following actions:\n1. APPROVE Amendment No. 2 to Contract Services Agreement\nbetween the City and Goodwill, Serving the People of Southern\nLos Angeles County, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit corporation; and\n2.
