(Added 2/10/2023)\nThis item will be considered in the afternoon session which is scheduled to begin at\n2:00 p.m.\nTotal Estimated Cost of Proposed Action and Funding Source: N/A\nCouncil District(s) Affected: Citywide.\nProposed Actions:\n(R-2023-377)\nResolution accepting the Independent Budget Analyst's Fiscal Year 2024 Report on\nUpdated City Council Budget Priorities and directing that the report, along with updated\nCouncilmember Budget Priority Memoranda, be delivered to the Mayor's Office for\nconsideration in preparing the Fiscal Year 2024 Budget.\nThis item is not subject to the Mayor's veto.\nCommittee Actions Taken:\nThis item was heard at the Budget and Government Efficiency Committee on February 8,\n2023.\nACTION: Motion by Committee Member LaCava, seconded by Committee Member\nLee, to forward the updated budget priorities highlighted in IBA Report 23-02 to Council\nfor formal adoption with the inclusion of the priorities listed in the Supplemental Council\nDistrict 1 Fiscal Year 2024 Budget Priorities Memo provided by Committee Member\nLaCava:\n1. Add up to 37.00 full time employees, paid for by overtime cost savings, per City\nAuditor 20141 recommendation.\n2. Request the City Auditor’s Office update the 2014 Fire-Rescue Overtime Report based\non current overtime and fringe costs and variables.\n3.
