CAMPBELL, J.\nGILMOUR]:\nThe City Council will consider amending the\nAgreement for Services with Dukes Root\nControl, Inc. for sewer system root control\nservices, to increase the not-to-exceed\namount and extend the Agreement.\nRECOMMENDATIONS: 1) Approve\nAmendment No. 1 to the Agreement for\nServices with Dukes Root Control, Inc., to\nincrease the amount of the Agreement by\n$442,914.32 for a total not-to-exceed amount\nof $795,855.15 and extend the term of the\nAgreement to June 30, 2027; and 2) Authorize\nthe City Manager or designee to execute\ndocuments incident to the Agreement.\nSTAFF REPORT
