MOLINA]:\nThe City Council will receive an update on the\nCouncil-approved Sacramento legislative\naction day for appointed officials.\nRECOMMENDATIONS: 1) Receive a draft\nplan for the Sacramento Legislative Action\nDay for Appointed Officials, which follows the\ndirection from the Council-approved motion on\nMay 16, 2022; and 2) Authorize the Director of\nFinance and Technology Services to allocate\n$5,500 from budgeted funds in Fiscal Year\n2023-24 in the Special Council Programs\naccount number 100-1-01-00-531001 for\ncosts associated with this trip for up to seven\nappointed officials and support staff.\nSTAFF REPORT\n6.
