Consideration to Adopt Resolution No. 2024-003, Authorizing the City of\nBaldwin Park to apply for CY 2020-2022 Permanent Local Housing\nAllocation (PLHA) Funds from the State of California Department of\nHousing and Community Development and amend the PLHA 5-Year plan\nIt is recommended that the City Council adopt Resolution No. 2024-003\non behalf of the City of Baldwin Park and authorize the Chief Executive\nOfficer (CEO) to submit a PLHA Program Application for CY 2020-2022\ngrant funds prior to the February 29th deadline. In addition, staff\nrecommends that the City Council authorize the CEO to submit an\namendment to the 5-year 2019-2023 PLHA plan to include additional\neligible activities prior to the June 30th deadline.\nPUBLIC HEARING
