NOTICE INVITING BIDS: ALMANSOR COURT EXTERIOR IMPROVEMENT PROJECT\nPHASE II – F2M24-26, N2M24-28\nSpecifications and bid documentation have been completed for the Almansor Court\nExterior Improvement Project Phase II. The project will include additional improvements\nto the exterior of the building, such as new doors to the Greenhouse room to match the\nnew door in front of the building, new decorative lighted landscape bollards, repainting\ndecorative lighting poles in front of the building, and repair ofconcrete path of travel areas\nsurrounding the building. Bids are due by 10:30 a.m. on April 11, 2024, in the office of the\nCity Clerk and will be opened at 11:00 a.m. that same day.\nRecommended Action: City Council authorize staff to circulate a Notice Inviting Bids\nto prospective contractors for the Almansor Court Exterior Improvement Project Phase II;\nand, direct staff to undertake the steps necessary to finalize Council’s action.\n4\n2-26-24
