19. AUTHORIZE RFP: BROADCASTING AND VIDEO PRODUCTION OF CITY COUNCIL\nMEETINGS – F2M24-31, RFP2M24-3\nThe City seeks to solicit proposals from qualified providers with professional expertise and\nexperience to provide the City with professional-level digital recording and broadcasting\nof its Council meetings. Alhambra's local government channel broadcasts municipal\nmeetings, workshops, events, news, and public service announcements. The City is\ncurrently working with a broadcasting vendor whose agreement is set to expire on June\n30, 2024. Proposals are due to the City Clerk's Office by 5:00 p.m. on March 26, 2024. It\nis anticipated that all interested proposers would be available to start services on July 1,\n2024.\nRecommended Action: City Council authorize the distribution of a Request for\nProposals (RFP) to qualified consultants to provide video production, recording, editing,\nprogramming services for City Council meetings and support services for video and slides\non the City's cable channel, with proposals due no later than March 26, 2024.
