22. RESOLUTION APPROVING A REVISED CLASS SPECIFICATION FOR LEAD POLICE\nCLERK – F2M24-2, R2M24-6\nOccasionally, opportunities arise that allow City staff to review staff and existing class\nspecifications. As a result of recent vacancies, the Police Department is interested in\nrevamping the classification of Lead Police Clerk in order to provide better support to the\npolice clerical administrative staff within the Records Division. As such, and particularly\nbecause the classification has not been utilized for many years, an update to the existing\nclass specification of Lead Police Clerk is necessary. A resolution is required in order to\napprove any revisions to this class specification.\nRecommended Action: City Council adopt Resolution No. R2M24-6 entitled: A\nResolution of the Alhambra City Council approving a revised Class Specification for Lead\nPolice Clerk
