7. Award of Maintenance and Repair Services Agreement with Southland\nIndustries for the Civic Center Chiller\na) Determine this action is exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act\n(CEQA) pursuant to Sections 15060(c)(2) and 15060(c)(3) of the CEQA\nGuidelines because this action will not result in a physical change to the\nenvironment, directly or indirectly; and\nb) Approve a Maintenance and Repair Services Agreement with Southland\nIndustries for the Civic Center Chiller system for a three-year term and for a\nnot-to-exceed amount of $300,000, and authorize the Mayor and City Clerk to\nexecute the agreement.\nStaff Report\nAttachment A - Agreement\nFebruary 27, 2024
