Approve a First Amendment to Agreement with MWH Constructors, Inc., in the amount of\n$2,275,863 with a 15% contingency for extra services to be applied to the total Contract Amount,\nas so amended, to provide for additional construction management and inspection services for\nthe Groundwater Treatment Program; and authorize the Public Utilities General Manager, or\ndesignee, to execute the First Amendment and other related documents and take the necessary\nactions to implement and administer the agreement, as amended.
