Approve a Cooperative Agreement between the City of Anaheim and the cities of Fullerton,\nPlacentia, and Yorba Linda to implement traffic signal synchronization on Yorba Linda\nBoulevard/Weir Canyon Road from the intersection of Yorba Boulevard and State College\nBoulevard in the City of Fullerton to Weir Canyon Road and Oak Canyon Drive in the City of\nAnaheim, for a term through December 31, 2030 and authorize a cost match in an amount not to\nexceed $161,077.90.
