Award agreements with Pacific Towing Inc. and Archie’s Towing, in a combined amount not to\nexceed $146,085 plus a 20% contingency, to provide as-needed towing services for city-owned\nvehicles for a one year term with up to four one-year optional renewals; and authorize the\nPurchasing Agent, or designee, to execute all necessary documents, and exercise the renewal\noptions, subject to available budget appropriations (Bid #9748).
