Award an agreement with American Freedom Security, LLC, in an amount not to exceed $37,030\nplus a 20% contingency, for as-needed unarmed security guard services for a one year term with\nup to four one-year optional renewals; and authorize the Purchasing Agent, or designee, to\nexecute all necessary documents, and exercise the renewal options, subject to available budget\nappropriations (Bid #9763).
